★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários excelentes e extremamente atenciosos e esforçados, o que deixa a desejar é a falta de sensibilidade da própria Claro em colocar mais funcionários para atendimento, ainda mais com a quantia de pessoas que tem em Itaquera, espera por atendimento extremamente demorada devido a grande demanda. É visível a sobrecarga dos funcionários... Lastimável!
 The excellent and extremely attentive and hardworking employees, what leaves something to be desired is the lack of sensitivity of Claro itself in putting more employees to attend, even more with the amount of people it has in Itaquera, waiting for extremely long service due to high demand . Employee overload is visible... Regrettable!

Itaquera shopping store. It doesn't make up for this location, service is extremely time-consuming. I'm always in line at the door, to solve a simple question it seems like I'm in line at the bank on payday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja para efetuar uma recarga e embora o painel de chamadas estivesse indisponível no momento, a atendente já me chamou e perguntou qual a minha necessidade. Assim que expliquei, fui direcionado ao caixa, no qual pude finalizar minha solicitação. Percebi uma fila de espera para outros serviços, mas o meu foi rápido.
I was at the store to recharge and although the call panel was unavailable at the moment, the attendant already called me and asked me what my need was. As soon as I explained, I was directed to the cashier, where I was able to finalize my request. I noticed a queue for other services, but mine was fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É lamentável, fui na loja física pra cancelar uma linha, me deram chá de cansaço,Cheguei 10:20 hs era 11:40 não tinha sido atendida ainda, na hora de comprar as linhas, os pacotes da Claro, colocam até tapete vermelho, na hora de cancelar da chá de cansaço. Muito triste.
It's unfortunate, I went to the physical store to cancel a line, they gave me tea because I was tired, I arrived at 10:20 am it was 11:40 am I hadn't been served yet, when it came time to buy the lines, the packages from Claro, they even put a red carpet, time to cancel the tired tea. Very sad.

Infelizmente estou sem retorno e tomando as medidas que entendi necessárias para resolução do problema. Não obstante, a linha é contato de centenas de clientes, agente públicos, inclusive para videoconferência em audiências judiciais.

Loja totalmente lotada atendentes perdidos.. fora a fila do lado de fora.. não sei como o Shopping não aplica multa pelo transtornos de fechar as fachadas das outras lojas somente com a fila imensa.. aterrorizante
Store and a mess My old mother was waiting more than 1h40 to be seen.. Store totally full, lost attendants... besides the queue outside... I don't know how the mall doesn't apply fines for the inconvenience of closing the facades of others stores only with the huge line... terrifying
