Não estou contente com o atendimento que me dão pelos telefobe, troquei de TV e eles nan estão resolvendo o meu problema....a TV aberta digital pega mekhor do que a da Claro que eu pago.
It does not have promotions for old customers, they just want new clients, and they do not give help to customers who switch TV sets ... I'm not happy with the service they give me by telefobe, I switched TV and they nan are solving my problem .... the digital open TV catches mekhor than the one of Claro that I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu coloquei a internet em casa e a tv, a internet só cai toda hora , se não bastasse isso a claro trocou meu número da Tim para claro sem minha autorização, uma grande falta de respeito com cliente não recomendo.
I put the internet at home and the TV, the internet just goes down all the time, if it weren't enough, I changed my Tim number to clear without my authorization, a great lack of respect with clients I don't recommend.
