★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, aguardei durante 8 meses para fazer uma Portabilidade, paguei R$20,00 pelo Chip (descobri recentemente que o valor é R$10,00), durante todos esses meses tentei um retorno por parte deles e nunca obtive respostas, era como se eles não tivessem prestado serviços a mim, acabou que o Chip ficou inutilizável, um descaso total, fora a falta de profissionalismo. Entrei em contato com a Claro do Shopping de São Roque, e sem comparação, atendimento excelente, paguei apenas R$10,00 pelo Chip e em menos de 1 semana concluí minha portabilidade!
Terrible service, I waited for 8 months to do a Portability, I paid R$20.00 for the Chip (I recently discovered that the value is R$10.00), during all these months I tried to get a return from them and never got any answers, it was as if they hadn't provided services to me, it turned out that Chip was unusable, a total disregard, apart from the lack of professionalism. I got in touch with Claro at Shopping de São Roque, and without comparison, excellent service, I only paid R$10.00 for the Chip and in less than 1 week I completed my portability!
