★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, um robô pra atender teria sido mais produtivo. Mais de cinco funcionários para atender e todos indispostos e fazendo caras e bocas para resolver um problema simples, falta de educação com o cliente que luta pra pagar as contas em dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendido, e uma falta de vontade dos atendentes, só porque eu adquiri o plano pela Internet. Não resolveram meu problema. Tive que entrar no Procon contra a Claro pra poder resolver sobre uma ativação errada do plano contratado.
I was very poorly attended, and a lack of will from the attendants, just because I purchased the plan over the Internet. They didn't solve my problem. I had to enter Procon against Claro to be able to resolve a wrong activation of the contracted plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito ao consumidor. Ficamos mais de 1 hora aguardando atendimento e desistimos. Tem 9 guichês de atendimento mas só 2 pessoas atendendo. Nota Zero. Vamos fazer portabilidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma tortura precisar ir nessa loja. Infelizmente as outras lojas alegam que só essa pode resolver certos problemas. E por telefone não é possível. Pura falta de respeito com os clientes. Fui 2x em uma semana. Na 1 mesmo sendo preferencial fiquei 1 hora para ser atendido, uma bagunça na fila, o sistema de senha não funciona. Atendente fez meu cadastro, disse que estava tudo certo, 5 dias depois a Claro me bloqueou totalmente. Mais uma espera de 1 hora, para alegarem que houve um erro no meu cadastro. Disseram que acertaram a documentação, mas preciso esperar 5 dias para o sinal retornar. ATÉ LÁ USO OUTRA OPERADORA? Péssimo.
It's torture to have to go to this store. Unfortunately the other stores claim that only this one can solve certain problems. And over the phone is not possible. Pure lack of respect for customers. I went 2x in a week. At 1, even though I was preferential, I spent 1 hour to be served, a mess in the queue, the password system doesn't work. Attendant made my registration, said everything was fine, 5 days later Claro blocked me completely. Another 1 hour wait, to claim that there was an error in my registration. They said they got the documentation right, but I have to wait 5 days for the signal to return. UNTIL THEN DO I USE ANOTHER CARRIER? Terrible.
