★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desastrosa. Contratei um plano, que me foi garantido que o valor seria por 12 meses, porém no sexto mês foi majorado e simplesmente eles dizem que não podem fazer nada, que seria pelo 0800, que por sua vez diz que é contrato. Resumindo, fui enganado.

Nos primeiros meses estava muito bom, inclusive ao fazer a medição dava aproximadamente 65MB, porém após alguns meses a velocidade foi baixando e hoje está em aproximadamente 30MB. Entrei em contato com a atendente da NET aqui em campina grande através do telefone: (83) 3058-5992 e a mesma me solicitou que eu ligasse para o numero: 10621. Mas só dá ocupado em qualquer horário que eu ligo.
