Fui apenas resgatar um chip e a atendente estava com a cara fechada, falando agtessivamente, pedindo os documentos e olhando com soberba pra mim. Espero que melhorem o atendimento e recepção da equipe. Minha vontade foo de cancelar o plano e o chip. Lamentável e muito desconfortável o que senti, a forma que fui atendido.
The worst service I ever had in this store. Disappointing! I was just redeeming a chip and the attendant was scowling, speaking aggressively, asking for the documents and looking at me with pride. I hope they improve the service and reception of the staff. My wish was to cancel the plan and the chip. Unfortunate and very uncomfortable what I felt, the way I was attended.

Da primeira vez que fui, estava interessada de mudar de operadora, no lugar de tentar conquistar o cliente para sua nova operadora, as atendentes trataram péssimo. Fui embora na hora. Da segunda vez, fui resolver a situação de outra pessoa. mais uma vez as atendentes com maior cara de nojo, já o gerente é bem simpático. A atendente até fez o atendimento com aquela simpatia forçada, já que ia ganhar com isso, mas ainda com cara de que estava fazendo um favor.
I agree with the other comments. Terrible service. The first time I went, I was interested in changing operators, instead of trying to win the customer over to their new operator, the attendants treated him very badly. I left on time. The second time, I went to solve someone else's situation. once again the attendants with the most disgusted face, on the other hand, the manager is very friendly. The attendant even did the service with that forced sympathy, since she was going to gain from it, but still looking like she was doing a favor.
