★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram instalar internet no apartamento do meu vizinho e derrubaram a minha internet e telefone. Reclamei com o funcionário e ele falou que não poderia fazer nada que estava no horário de almoço.
They went to install internet in my neighbor's apartment and took down my internet and phone. I complained to the employee and he said he couldn't do anything that was at lunch.

Me venderam um plano onde depois de 45 dias descrobri que teria disponibilidade de instalação - e continavam sem saber detalhes da minha solicitação.
A loja nao repassou minha contratação para a central da claro, onde nem suporte eu conseguia ter!
Bad service / lack of attention to the customer and Hurry to sell, they even asked to sign a blank contract to speed up service.
They sold me a plan where after 45 days I found out I would have availability of installation - and they still didn't know the details of my request.
The store did not transfer my hiring to the Claro's central, where I couldn't even get support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento exemplar! Cheguei faltando 15 minutos pra loja fechar precisando resgatar minha linha pra um eSIM, coisa que o pessoal ainda não está habituado a fazer. Foram todos muito solícitos e resolveram meu problema em pouquíssimo tempo mesmo eu já tendo o plano. Parabéns a toda a equipe! Show de bola!
Exemplary service! I arrived 15 minutes before the store closed, needing to redeem my line for an eSIM, something that people are not yet used to doing. They were all very helpful and solved my problem in a very short time even though I already had the plan. Congratulations to the entire team! Cool!

I was well assisted by the first attendant (polite) but very disappointed with the requirement that I contract a postpaid plan so that they could exchange a damaged chip, a requirement that does not match what was passed on to me by the ombudsman of course, ,,

A Claro é um provedor com Internet rápida e estável.
Tem mais de 1 ano que tô com claro.
E só fiquei sem Internet uma vez só, e só fiquei 10 min.
Nunca tive problema com o Telefone Fixo e Nem com a TV.
