★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, precisávamos comprar um celular, e perto do horário de fechar a loja, o gerente da loja nos atendeu e disse que nao conseguiria comprar o celular q escolhemos a vdd é que ele só nos despresou. Não indico essa loja pra ninguém, fomos super bem atendidos na Loja da Claro no Shopping Santa Úrsula, e o celular q compramos é bem melhor do q esperavamos.
Lousy service, we needed to buy a cell phone, and close to the closing time of the store, the store manager answered us and said he would not be able to buy the cell phone that we chose because it only surprised us. I don't recommend this store to anyone, we were very well attended at the Loja da Claro at Shopping Santa Úrsula, and the cell phone we bought is much better than we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi um desastre ! Fui muito mau atendido pela atendente de nome Raissa . Imagina eu querendo discutir com ela , sendo que o que eu queria era ser bém atendido . Ela não merece fazer parte do quadro dos funcionários da CLARO .
It was a disaster ! I was very badly attended by the attendant named Raissa. Imagine me wanting to argue with her, and what I wanted was to be well taken care of. She does not deserve to be part of CLARO's staff.
