★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento! Nunca me senti tal mal numa loja! Precisava mudar a titularidade da conta por falecimento do titular, já havia ficado horas no telefone da claro e me orientaram procurar loja física. Foi ate a loja e o atendente disse que estavam com mudanças no sistema de transferência de titularidade e que nao sabia se daria certo e que precisava da certidão de obito original pra eles fazerem uma copia!Nao tinha p documento, somente copia. Nao aceitaram. Pedi pra falar com o gerente que fez muito pouco caso, veio ate o guiche, nem sentou pra me atender, ficou com os braços cruzados e nem fez nada pra me ajudar, mesmo se tratando de uma situação delicada de ÓBITO!
Péssimo atendimento, zero resolutivo e sem o mínimo de empatia!
 Terrible attendance! I've never felt so bad in a store! I needed to change the ownership of the account due to the death of the owner, I had already spent hours on the clear phone and they guided me to look for a physical store. He went to the store and the attendant said that they were having changes in the title transfer system and that he didn't know if it would work and that he needed the original death certificate for them to make a copy! I didn't have the document, just a copy. They didn't. I asked to speak to the manager who paid very little attention, came to the counter, didn't even sit down to serve me, kept his arms crossed and didn't even do anything to help me, even though it was a delicate situation of DEATH!
Terrible service, zero resolutive and no empathy whatsoever!
