★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recuperei um chip e ao pedir um recibo a atendente e estava totalmente desprepararada pra atender meu pedido , primeiro pediu informações de como fazia , depois improvisou um recibo sem o timbre da empresa. Precisam de mais treinamento pra prestar um bom atendimento
I recovered a chip and when asking for a receipt the attendant and I was totally unprepared to fulfill my request, first asked for information on how to do it, then improvised a receipt without the company's letterhead. They need more training to provide good care
