★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um celular na loja da claro do novo shopping de Ribeirão Preto,da marca motorola (Razr V3)na data 22-07-2021 com nota fiscal e garantia…O celular com os dias começou aparecer manchas na tela e desligar sozinho com isso procurei a loja técnica da motorola (Jota9 Celulares Megacenter Ribeirão) na data 13-09-2021 sendo muito mal recebido pela assistência da motorola ,levei o celular que está com a tela totalmente descolada ,agindo com negligência simplesmente disse que a garantia não cobre este defeito. ,acusando que eu quebrei derrubando no chão ,sendo-lhe que a tela foi descolada e não há nenhum trinco ou qualquer outra coisa que mostre que levou impacto.Está visivelmente que é defeito de fábrica, e simplesmente estão negligenciando assistência para meu aparelho.Super insatisfeita com esses técnicos da MOTOROLA ade Ribeirão Preto.Jota9 Celulares Megacenter Ribeirão.
I bought a cell phone at the store in the new mall in Ribeirão Preto, Motorola (Razr V3) on 22-07-2021 with invoice and warranty…The cell phone with the days started to show stains on the screen and turned it off by myself. the motorola technical store (Jota9 Celulares Megacenter Ribeirão) on 13-09-2021 being very poorly received by the assistance of motorola, I took the cell phone with the screen completely detached, acting with negligence, I simply said that the warranty does not cover this defect . ,accusing that I broke it dropping to the ground ,being that the screen was peeled off and there is no latch or anything else to show that it took impact. dissatisfied with these technicians from MOTOROLA ade Ribeirão Preto.Jota9 Celulares Megacenter Ribeirão.

Terrible service, takes forever to be served and everything is very bureaucratic. Employees walk from place to place, stalling as much as they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 5 estrelas não pela loja, nem muito menos pela Claro (que na minha opinião merece menos que zero), mas sim pelo atendimento do Théo. Quando forem lá, o procurem, pois é um excelente profissional, teve muito empenho para resolver a minha causa, com muita educação, respeito e empatia.
Aliás, constantemente eu preciso ir à loja tentar solucionar problemas que apenas o Théo conseguiu solucionar para mim.
Mais uma vez, meus parabéns a ele e espero que que meu comentário seja relevante e possa contribuir para o crescimento desse excelente profissional.

I'm giving 5 stars not for the store, not even for Claro (which in my opinion deserves less than zero), but for the service provided by Théo. When you go there, look for him, because he is an excellent professional, he was very committed to solving my cause, with a lot of education, respect and empathy.
In fact, I constantly have to go to the store to try to solve problems that only Théo was able to solve for me.
