★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à loja e a recepção com a moça muito simpática chamada Simone me atendeu muito bem tiro senha me ofereceu água me orientou aguardar atendimento nota 10 coisa que em outra loja não temos consegui resolver meu problema é sai satisfeito 5estrela pra ela e loja .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem eu fiz o pedido de internet residencial na loja da claro e eles me disseram que hoje eu poderia esperar das 8:00 até 12:00 que o técnico iria vir até a minha residencia, perdi a manhã toda sem trabalhar e ainda não vieram e nem ligaram pra dar uma satisfação ao cliente, estou me sentindo uma palhaça esperando a boa vontade de gente preguiçosa.
Yesterday I ordered residential internet at the Claro store and they told me that today I could wait from 8:00 to 12:00 that the technician would come to my residence, I lost all morning without working and they still haven't come and they didn't even call to give the customer a satisfaction, I'm feeling like a clown waiting for the goodwill of lazy people.
