À dez,eu disse: dez anos é essa luta,porque das operadoras essa é a menos pior.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, funcionária que atende no box muito arrogante , esperando terminar fidelidade para mudar operadora, até pq Claro tem muita propaganda e pouca verdade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas fora a demora pra resolver as coisas, os atendentes não tem total autonomia, só resolvem problemas de telefonia móvel. Fiquei 1h pra resolver o cancelamento da minha internet que estava correndo há 3 dias. Um perrengue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento na loja .porem em termo de sinal não têm cobertura .então não poço fala que estou totalmente satisfeita .quando ligo pra o 1052 .não têm a opção desejada que é o suporte técnicos .e passa quase 18 minutos para ser atendida .infelizmente .não poço dá uma avaliação si na minha casa .não existe uma cobertura completa , 29/12/2021.o suporte técnicos têm quê presta mais atenção .para todos os clientes seja na parte alta ou na parte baixo ter uma ótima cobertura ..
Great service at the store .but in terms of signal they don't have coverage .so I can't say I'm totally satisfied .when I call 1052 .they don't have the desired option, which is technical support .and it takes almost 18 minutes to be attended .unfortunately .I don't even give an assessment in my house .There is no complete coverage, 12/29/2021.Technical support has to pay more attention .For all customers, whether in the upper or lower part, to have a great coverage ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em si,ótima operadora,agora o comprometimento com o atendimento dos funcionários deveriam ser outro,não com intuito de só empurrar planos e sim procurar satisfazer os cliente,as vezes uma simples orientação ou confirmações sobre o plano atual cativa os clientes,fideliza mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepcionista na porta de entrada é excelente. Esse mesmo atendimento deveria ser ensinado para algumas atendentes do balcão, que no meu ponto de vista estão despreparadas para tal função. Um outro ponto que merece comentário é o sinal da operadora que no meu caso nunca atingiu o nível máximo na minha localidade e a mudança de planos da internet sem que eu solicitasse. Fora isso, no restante funciona bem: estabelecimento bem localizado, de fácil acesso, com estacionamento, ambiente refrigerado e o atendimento é rápido.
The receptionist at the front door is excellent. This same service should be taught to some counter attendants, who in my point of view are unprepared for such a role. Another point that deserves comment is the operator signal that in my case never reached the maximum level in my location and the change of internet plans without my asking. Other than that, the rest works well: establishment well located, easily accessible, with parking, refrigerated environment and service is fast.
