★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não tem organização. Pelo telefone ninguém sabe informar qual loja está aberta em plena pandemia. Fui devolver equipamento e A loja estava fechada. Uns péssima empresa, pois como a própria empresa não sabe informar quais lojas estão abertas. Net aqui nunca mais!
The company has no organization. Over the phone, no one knows how to tell which store is open in the middle of a pandemic. I went to return equipment and the store was closed. A very bad company, because as the company itself does not know which stores are open. Net here never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O posto até que atende bem, pelo menos não esperei muito e a sala de espera tinha ar condicionado e local para sentar, mas pedi um copo de água, não tinha. Entretanto para cancelar o serviço da Net foram necessárias 5 ligações de em média 30 minutos. No último telefonema foram 40 minutos, falei com cinco atendentes e todas elas repetiram o número do protocolo, avisaram que ele seria enviado por email; solicitaram confirmação de CPF, nome completo, endereço e motivo do cancelamento e depois solicitaram para aguardar. Isto é, tudo para a pessoa desistir.

However, canceling the Net service required 5 calls lasting an average of 30 minutes. In the last phone call it was 40 minutes, I spoke with five attendants and they all repeated the protocol number, they said it would be sent by email; requested confirmation of CPF, full name, address and reason for cancellation and then asked to wait.
