Eu fiz contato para dois tipos de desmoldantes à base de água, recebi as fichas técnicas, pedi, durante 3 semanas para me informarem se podemos comprar quantidade mínima ou obter amostras. Nunca mais ligaram. Reclamei com a área de vendas me disseram que precisavam pesquisar mais sobre nossa empresa, como se nós fossemos fake ou algo assim. Somos uma empresa recém inaugurada de desenvolvimento e tecnologia para soluções ambientais, não somos indústria, temos um laboratórios e um químico que cria as novas fórmulas, ele cria fórmulas que substituem outros produtos nocivos à saúde e vendemos a tecnologia para grandes multinacionais, principalmente para os da linha branca. E, por isso não temos faturamento ainda. Eu, assessora da diretoria, ainda não tinha o email da empresa usei o meu particular @gmail, e passei um email do Grupo investidor mesmo assim gerou desconfiança. Eu confesso que na hora de vender a tecnologia vamos passar a nossa carteira de fornecedores de matéria prima da nossa fórmula não vamos indicar a Clarus pela falta de profissionalismo por parte de seus técnicos. Sinto muito
I am very sorry but we feel discriminated against by Clarus. I made contact for two types of water-based release agents, I received the technical sheets, I asked for 3 weeks to let me know if we can buy a minimum quantity or get samples. They never called again. I complained to the sales area and they told me they needed to research more about our company, as if we were fake or something. We are a newly opened development and technology company for environmental solutions, we are not an industry, we have a laboratory and a chemist who creates new formulas, he creates formulas that replace other products harmful to health and we sell the technology to large multinationals, mainly to of the white line. And that's why we don't have billing yet. I, advisor to the board, still didn't have the company's email, I used my private @gmail, and I sent an email from the investor group, even so it generated distrust. I confess that at the time of selling the technology, we will pass our formula's raw material suppliers portfolio, we will not recommend Clarus due to the lack of professionalism on the part of its technicians.
