★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, como de costume entre algumas imóbiliarias ocultam muitas taxas dos clientes e deixa entre aspas para posteriormente dizer "Eu não falei isso, eu falei isso ou quis dizer isso". Caso queiram fazer negócio, confirme os valores uma, duas, três ou mais vezes antes de se envolver com assinaturas.
Outro ponto, sempre deixem registrado o que o vendedor ou corretor informa que a casa/apartamento vai vim ou tem. pois nessas situações vem o "eu não lembro", "eu não falei isso".
Enfim, não voltaria a fazer negócio.
I don't recommend it, as usual among some real estate companies they hide many fees from customers and leave them in quotes to later say "I didn't say that, I said that or I meant that". If you want to do business, confirm the amounts one, two, three or more times before engaging in subscriptions.
Another point, always leave a record of what the seller or broker informs you that the house/apartment will come or have. because in these situations comes the "I don't remember", "I didn't say that".
Anyway, I wouldn't do business again.

Super indico!
