★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem o prédio é novo está bem localizado. Dentro dos ap. São bem divido mais a área de lazer é um pouco pequeno. Tem portaria eletrônica um problema é que quando vem alguém fazer serviço no ap., o morador tem que ir busca a pessoa lá na portaria e tem que ir deixa quando a mesma termina o serviço. A área onde o prédio está localizada é bem central mais um defeito é uma pequena favela que tem Atrás do prédio. Depois das 22 tem que ter muita atenção na hora de entra no prédio.
