Agora não me deixam usar o crédito em valor real para a aquisição de passagens nacionais, nem devolvem meu dinheiro e tentam, forçosamente, que eu desista e deixe para lá, pois simplesmente não tenho como usar o bilhete, exceto para viagem internacional, o que obviamente não tem como ser feito.
DO NOT BUY AT THIS AGENCY. I bought 4 thousand reais in cash on international tickets, however, as the flight was canceled due to the pandemic, I was unable to board. Now they do not let me use the credit in real value for the purchase of national tickets, nor return my money and try, necessarily, that I give up and let it go, because I simply cannot use the ticket, except for international travel, which obviously it can't be done.
