O salão esta vazio, e o Emerson não estava atendendo ninguém e me deixou plantada esperando até chegar uma pessoa amiga dele e ele simplesmente pegar e ir atendê-la na minha frente. Achei o cúmulo e falta de respeito com o cliente. Peguei e fui embora pra nunca mais voltar. Sempre cortei lá, mas depois disso não volto mais.
I waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes. The room is empty, and Emerson was not attending anyone and left me planted waiting until a friend of his arrived and he just took it and went to answer it in front of me. I found the height and lack of respect with the customer. I took it and left to never come back. I always cut there, but after that I won't be back.
