★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Claudia Modas há anos, sempre gostei do atendimento e nunca tive o que reclamar. Mas ontem para minha surpresa fui fazer a troca de uma peça de roupa pq estava com defeito e a gerente me recebeu muito mal. Disse que eu havia lavado a peça de roupa e que estava úmida, eu disse a ela que jamais eu teria lavado a peça e que eu não precisava fazer aquilo, até pq a roupa estava com a etiqueta.Qualquer pessoa podia ver que aquela peça não tinha sido lavada. Deixei meu carro no estacionamento e fui andando até a loja e ontem o tempo estava muito friu e gelado e expliquei a ela que a peça estava fria por causa do frio e não úmida.E mesmo eu explicando, ela continuou falando para a vendedora que tinha que colocar aquela peça para secar pq estava molhada...As pessoas ao redor escutando aquilo me senti muito mal, me senti uma pessoa sem caráter e mentirosa, vim pra casa muito triste por saber que o ser humano está cada vez pior, as vezes só pq tem um cargo melhor quer pisar em todos e humilhar a todos.Nao sou melhor que ninguém sou evangélica tenho caráter e sou muito honesta. Por este motivo vim até aqui para fazer o meu desabafo pq não achei justo como fui tratada naquela loja.

But yesterday to my surprise I went to change a piece of clothing because it was defective and the manager received me very badly. I said that I had washed the garment and that it was damp, I told her that I would never have washed the garment and that I did not need to do that, even because the garment had the tag. had been washed. I left my car in the parking lot and walked to the store and yesterday the weather was very cold and freezing and I explained to her that the piece was cold because of the cold and not damp. I had to put that piece to dry because it was wet... The people around listening to that felt really bad, I felt like a person without character and a liar, I came home very sad to know that the human being is getting worse and worse, sometimes just because he has a better position he wants to step on everyone and humiliate everyone. I am better than anyone else I am evangelical I have character and I am very honest. For this reason I came here to make my rant because I didn't think it was fair how I was treated in that store.
