A escolha do salão para o meu dia de noiva foi algo muito importante, como cliente do Claudir, já os conhecia pela qualidade, então não poderia ser diferente para o grande dia. Eu adorei, me senti muito em paz, tranquila, as meninas super atenciosas e tudo fluiu da maneira certa. Muito obrigada equipe Claudir pelo carinho e atenção.

Marquei meu horário com cerca de 2 meses de antecendência ,são extremamente enrolados ,o profissional marca 5 clientes ao mesmo tempo e não da atenção a nenhuma .O pior de tudo foi a maquiagem não fizeram nem a preparação da minha pele ,sombra inteira marcada ,tentei ir falando como gostava ,mas não são abertos a críticas construtivas .Enfim ,espero que possam melhorar o atendimento de vcs ,pois dessa forma terão muitas reclamações do nível !
 Terrible ! I would never return and would not recommend it to anyone. I scheduled my appointment with about 2 months in advance, they are extremely tangled, the professional marks 5 clients at the same time and does not pay attention to any. The worst of all was the makeup they did not even prepare my skin, the entire shade marked, I tried to go talking as I liked, but they are not open to constructive criticism. Anyway, I hope you can improve your service, because that way you will have a lot of complaints at the level!

Mas o salão é excelente, as meninas muito simpáticas e eficientes
Quando estou em Mogi acabo parando ali para fazer as unhas e saio satisfeita. São caprichosas e ainda tem um delicioso café ?
I think I've never paid so much for foot and hand - there should be some loyalty plan, or if you have, I don't know
But the salon is excellent, the girls very friendly and efficient
When I'm in Mogi, I stop by to do my nails and I'm satisfied. They are capricious and still have delicious coffee ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento simpático. Cortei meu cabelo e gostei bastante. É difícil achar gente boa para cabelos cacheados. O preço é de shopping, mas ainda falta para estar no nível dos salões de São Paulo. A pia em que lavaram meu cabelo estava entupida. Me deu um pouco de agonia.
Friendly service. I cut my hair and liked it a lot. It is difficult to find good people for curly hair. The price is for shopping, but it still lacks to be at the level of salons in São Paulo. The sink where my hair was washed was clogged. It gave me a little agony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente decepcionada com a postura profissional dos cabelereiros , os quais valorizam seriamente o trabalho de procedimentos com custo elevados desprezando cliente fixo com hora marcada a favor de outras clientes que chegam sem marcar hora e são atendidas com maiores encaixes fenomenais para "procedimentos".
EU FUI cliente fixa deste local desde dezembro 2017 inclusive por morar fora do país , por cada seis meses era meu local predileto para cabelo, ( anterior a 2015) infelizmente cansei a falta de respeito. Uma escova cheguei a esperar com creme no cabelo 1h30, quando pedi para falar com gerente ela passou me para o Hélio, excelente profissional. ..se não fosse ele iria para minha casa com creme hidratante nos cabelos Lamentável uma empresa que tem cabelereiros com vários precos de serviços
diferenciados ..agir desta forma....inacreditável. Infelizmente esta situação está ocorrendo com frequência desde janeiro 2018, eu com paciência aguardando a melhoria. ..rsssss inacreditável como suportei tanto tempo.
Estamos no Brasil sim, no país que resido o respeito ao cliente é número hum e a qualidade é número 2.
Agradeço as manicures Ana Paula e Juliana que honraram seus trabalhos com qualidade , respeito e profissionalismo. Sinto me infeliz com o descaso e pesso providências do responsável junto a grupo de profissionais da empresa Claudir. Obrigada.
Unfortunately disappointed with the professional attitude of the hairdressers, who seriously value the work of procedures with high costs, despising a fixed client by appointment in favor of other clients who arrive without an appointment and are served with greater phenomenal fittings for "procedures".
I HAVE BEEN a fixed customer of this place since December 2017 even for living outside the country, for every six months it was my favorite place for hair, (before 2015) unfortunately I got tired of the lack of respect. A brush I waited with cream on my hair at 1:30 am, when I asked to speak to a manager she passed it on to Hélio, an excellent professional. ..if it wasn’t he would come to my house with moisturizer on his hair Regrettable a company that has hairdressers with various service prices
differentiated .. act this way .... unbelievable. Unfortunately this situation has been occurring frequently since January 2018, I patiently awaited improvement. ..rsssss unbelievable how I have endured so long.
We are in Brazil, yes, in the country where I live, respect for the customer is number one and quality is number two.
I thank the manicures Ana Paula and Juliana who honored their work with quality, respect and professionalism. I am unhappy with the negligence and personal arrangements made by the person in charge with a group of professionals from the Claudir company. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão é ótimo. Tem uma excelente estrutura e profissionais incríveis como a Rosy e o Thiago. Porém já tive problemas com outros profissionais por lá. E concordo com os comentários de que eles (a salvo rosy e Tiago cristais daquele lugar) deveriam ser mais simpáticos. O salão é caro (já fui em outros que ofereciam as mesmas coisas e do mesmo nível por um valor inferior) e tem alguns profissionais que esquecem disso e não te tratam da forma adequada. Por isso já tem varios meses que não retorno lá. Na recepção nunca tive problema sempre foram educados e simpáticos. Se forem no salão procurem Rosy e Thiago que não irão se decepcionar.
The lounge is great. It has an excellent structure and incredible professionals like Rosy and Thiago. But I've had problems with other professionals over there. And I agree with the comments that they (except rosy and Tiago crystals from that place) should be more sympathetic. The salon is expensive (I have been to others that offered the same things and at the same level for a lower price) and there are some professionals who forget this and do not treat you properly. That's why I haven't been back there for several months. At the reception I never had a problem they were always polite and friendly. If you go to the salon, look for Rosy and Thiago who will not be disappointed.

Minha esposa foi ao salão hoje para fazer a mesma escova que fez duas semanas atrás e na data pagou R$ 37,00 e hoje R$ 85,00 pelo mesmo serviço.
Queria entender o motivo dessa alteração onde cada hora se cobra um preço diferenciado pelo mesmo atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maquiagem foi agendada com 1 mês e meio de antecedência. No dia, houve uma espera de 45 minutos e cobraram um valor diferente e mais caro do que o combinado. Quando questionei, responderam "Aumentou semana passada". Estão errados em não informar esse aumento com antecedência. Cabeleireiro muito caro para o que se oferece, não indico.
Makeup was scheduled 1 and a half month in advance. On the day, there was a 45-minute wait and they charged a different and more expensive amount than agreed. When I asked, they replied "Increased last week". They are wrong not to report this increase in advance. Hairdresser very expensive for what is offered, I do not recommend.
