No momento da retirada questionei a vendedora que foi extremamente mal educada e disse que era essa mesmo. Tive que ir até em casa para fazer um vídeo e mostrar que a chave nem entrava na fechadura da minha porta. Não recomendo pra ninguém esse lugar.
 Terrible attendance. Clearly the key copy had been made with a different key template than mine. At the time of withdrawal I questioned the saleswoman who was extremely rude and said it was that one. I had to go home to make a video and show that the key didn't even enter the lock on my door. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
