★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisávamos de uma limpeza de urgência, marcamos para o sábado pq tinham somente essa data disponível, cobraram taxa extra pelo serviço ser no sábado. No dia do serviço ser executado foi marcado p inicio as 7h da manhã, ligamos várias vezes sem retorno. La por volta das 11h deram retorno q tiveram problema e nao poderiam ir. Ok pedi p confirmar se poderiam ir na segunda .. já que era uma.limpeza de urgência. Não deram retorno, segunda por volta das 10:30 depois de muita insistência falaram que não tinham como atender na semana toda por não ter agenda. TOTAL falta de compromisso de pelo menos avisar ao cliente com antecedência que não poderiam atender. Não indico!
 We needed urgent cleaning, we scheduled for Saturday because they had only that date available, they charged extra fee for the service to be on Saturday. On the day of the service to be performed it was scheduled at 7 am, we called several times without return. There around 11 am they returned and had a problem and could not go. Ok I asked to confirm if they could go on Monday .. since it was an emergency cleaning. They did not return, Monday around 10:30 am after much insistence they said they had no way to attend the whole week because they had no agenda. TOTAL lack of commitment to at least notify the customer in advance that they could not attend. I do not indicate!
