Comprei uma porta de correr na hora da compra tudo ok, no pós venda só jesuis, batente veio faltando, reclamei mandaram outro errado, reclamei e descobri que nao fizeram acabamento para porta e ela ficava torta, não colocaram os parafusos para fixar na parede e o descaso para me atender foi tanto que preferi contratar um carpinteiro a parte para consertar os batentes, já que não consegui com a loja americana, passem longe porque pra vender são uma beleza, mas entregar o produto correto e dar suporte, nem a pau juvenal....

Foi solicitada reposição no mesmo dia sim e novamente entregue errado, foram varias as tentativas de solucionar o problema, mas sequer me atendiam, hora vendedora estava atendendo cliente, hora nao atendia e quando finalmente consegui ser atendido disseram que a mesma ja tinha ido embora... resultado tive que pagar para um profissional para arrumar as peças da porta ou seja tomei tipo um belo se vira ai trouxa, mas foi bom serve de aprendizado pra nunca nais comprar no CLEITON PORTAS E JANELAS defeituosas...
 HORRIBLE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND,
I bought a sliding door at the time of purchase everything ok, in the post sale only jesuis, the door came missing, I complained they sent another wrong one, I complained and found out that they didn't finish the door and it was crooked, they didn't put the screws to fix it on the wall and the neglect to attend to me was so much that I preferred to hire a separate carpenter to fix the doorfronts, since I couldn't get it from the American store, go far because to sell are a beauty, but delivering the right product and giving support, not even with a juvenile stick ....

A replacement was requested on the same day and again delivered wrong, there were several attempts to solve the problem, but they didn't even answer me, the salesperson was attending the customer, the hour was not answering and when I finally managed to be attended, they said that it was already gone. .. result I had to pay for a professional to fix the parts of the door, in other words, I took it like a beautiful man, there was a muggle, but it was a good learning experience to never buy defective CLEITON PORTAS E JANELAS ...

Depois de 15 dias que me responderam num indico em nada.
