★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não houve respeito a preferência por estar gestante na Clemir Arraes localizada na avenida padre Cícero. Fui fazer um exame de ultrassom e estava em jejum. No atendimento para receber a senha o rapaz não me deu senha preferencial, questionei-o mas disse que só seria entregue no atendimento interno. Esperei por mais de meia hora para me chamarem. Posteriormente ao atendimento, questionei também a atendente se estava como preferência por estar gestante, ela afirmou que iria colocar. Essa informação constava na solicitação do exame que era para uma gestante. Houve enorme demora após isso, questionei outra atendente sobre a minha posição na lista de espera e informou que ainda tinham 3 na frente e não estava como preferêncial, que seria colocado. Estou 4 meses e meio de gestação, estava com mal estar e poderia haver queda na minha pressão, por ter pressão baixa. Ou seja, não houve respeito algum. Contudo, o médico foi excelente.

I waited for more than half an hour to be called. After the service, I also asked the attendant if she was in preference for being pregnant, she said she would put it on. This information was included in the exam request that was for a pregnant woman. There was a huge delay after that, I questioned another attendant about my position on the waiting list and informed them that they still had 3 in front and it was not preferred, which would be placed. I am 4 and a half months pregnant, I was unwell and there could be a drop in my pressure, due to low blood pressure. That is, there was no respect at all. However, the doctor was excellent.

4 horas de espera pra fazer uma ressonância, sendo que só tinha 5 pessoas na minha frente, isso por que segundo a atendente a clínica tem 2 máquinas, imagino se tivesse só 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento marcam o dia de entrega do exame vc chega pra pegar não está laudado pela médica, vc fica horas esperando o laudo dessa médica. Um total desrespeito com o paciente.
Bad service marks the day of delivery of the exam, you arrive to pick it up, you are not lauded by the doctor, you spend hours waiting for this doctor's report. Total disrespect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora para um simples exame de ultrassom, cheguei às 14:00hrs agora são 17:00hrs e nada de atendimento(mais de 03 horas de espera) , confesso que se eu tivesse visto as avaliações do google antes teria marcado em outra clínica, foi minha última vez aqui...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi boa, fiz um exame dia 01/06 marcaram para receber dia 07/06 mandei receber um dia depois dia 8/6 e ainda não estava com o laudo. Se fosse para morrer dependendo do exame já tinha morrido. Sem contar que a espera lá para realizar o exame é muito grande e ainda não cumprem com o prazo de entrega.
