★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Aluguei um vestido para ser madrinha de um casamento que foi adiado, estou gestante e precisei trocar pois o que havia escolhido não daria mais.
A vendedora não foi nada educada ao me atender, ficou segurando o vestido que eu ja havia alugado alegando que eu nao havia feito contrato, mesmo que eu ja havia pago parte do valor do aluguel. Havia uma outra cliente querendo o mesmo vestido e ela insistia em dizer que alugaria pq não tinha reserva. A Loja utiliza um padrão de mulher manequim 36 até no maximo 40. Mulheres plus size ou gestantes, nem percam o tempo de vocês indo ate lá pq além de tratarem as clientes com deboche não há opções de vestidos bonitos para esse público.
Resumo da história: A loja não tem um vestido que me atenda e também não devolve o valor pago. Nunca mais alugo nessa loja e nem recomendo.
Bad experience. I rented a dress to be godmother of a wedding that was postponed, I'm pregnant and had to change it because what I had chosen wouldn't work anymore.
The saleswoman was not at all polite when answering me, she kept holding the dress that I had already rented, claiming that I had not made a contract, even though I had already paid part of the rent. There was another client wanting the same dress and she insisted on saying she would rent it because she didn't have a reservation. The store uses a pattern of a mannequin 36 up to a maximum of 40. Plus size women or pregnant women, don't even waste your time going there because in addition to treating customers with debauchery there are no options for beautiful dresses for this audience.
Story summary: The store does not have a dress that suits me and also does not refund the amount paid. I will never rent from this store again nor recommend it.

Adorei o atendimento , a cordialidade da equipe e a atenção às minhas necessidades para o evento tais como ajustes necessários e acessórios como complemento .
No próximo mês serei madrinha de casamento, e com certeza alugarei novamente um vestido na loja .
I rented a dress for a senior prom recently. The store has a huge variety of excellent quality dresses. I loved the service, the friendliness of the staff and the attention to my needs for the event, such as necessary adjustments and accessories as a complement.
Next month I will be a maid of honor, and I will definitely rent a dress from the store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vestidos lindos e tem bastante variedades de modelos, cores e tamanhos, fechei 3 vestidos de uma vez, pra família toda rsrs. Meninas super atenciosas, e ajudaram a achar um do gosto de todo mundo. A vendedora Fernanda foi maravilhosa conosco.
Beautiful dresses and there are a lot of varieties of models, colors and sizes, I closed 3 dresses at once, for the whole family lol. Super attentive girls, and helped to find one to everyone's taste. The seller Fernanda was wonderful with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um vestido antes da pandemia ,até aí me trataram até bem na escolha do vestido ,após a pandemia voltei lá e experimentei outros vestidos pra ver de fato se ia ficar com o mesmo ,atendimento péssimo eu mesmo tinha que ficar apertando as alças sozinha ,chamava alguém pra mim ajudar mais a moça só vinha fechava e saia de perto ,até machuquei meu ombro com o grampo de prender apertar. Marca o dia da prova e quer q a gente lembra ,não custa nada mandar msg lembrando e confirmando a prova ,entrei em contato demorou muito remarcar a nova prova .
Espera nunca mais poder alugar lá .

Não consegui ir no dia que marcaram para tirar as medidas, mais a moça remarcou para um outro dia sem nenhum problema. No dia de pegar, peguei super tranquila com tudo certo. Devolução foi tranquila também. Então não tenho nada a reclamar, somente agradecer mesmo e indicar. ?
