★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo nunca mais compro gás neste lugar a chama fica pequena as panelas pretas e não dura nada, parece uma espécie de gás falso. Não recomendo a ninguém.
A garbage will never buy gas in this place, the flame will be small, the black pots will not last, it looks like a kind of fake gas. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO, não indico a ninguém. Hoje passei em frente a essa distribuidora por volta das 20h30, haviam dois rapazes, um deles saindo com uma entrega e outro que permaneceu. De dentro do carro perguntei até que hrs atendiam e se entregavam na minha residência e ele, com visível MÁ VONTADE, respondeu que até às 23h e que sim, entregava. Como na região não há distribuidoras conhecidas que entregam nesse horário, optei por esse tal de Cleovan Gás, que apesar de qualidade duvidosa, já vi alguns anúncios por aqui pelo bairro. Cheguei em casa e pedi um botijão. O mesmo rapaz só anotou meu endereço e disse para eu aguardar, sem ao menos me dar um prazo. Passaram-se 40 minutos e nada da entrega. Liguei para saber e ele disse que meu pedido já estava saindo. Mais 40 minutos. Liguei novamente e perguntei se o gás ia chegar no mesmo dia, pq pela demora não parecia. Ele, nem um pouco preocupado, disse que o entregador já tinha saído e que não tinha nada a fazer. Sugeri que ele ligasse para saber onde ele estava e ele respondeu com um simples "blz". Desliguei e estou até hoje esperando o gás dessa empresa "super séria", pois liguei novamente pela terceira vez para cancelar e o atendente não se deu ao trabalho de me atender, sendo que era antes das 23h.
Cleovan Gás, nunca foi visto e pelo jeito vai continuar sem visibilidade pelo tipo de profissionais que contratam.
Terrible service, I don't recommend it to anyone. Today I passed in front of this distributor around 8:30 pm, there were two boys, one of them leaving with a delivery and the other who remained. From inside the car I asked until hrs they answered and delivered to my residence and he, with visible BAD WILL, replied that until 11 pm and that yes, he would deliver. As there are no known distributors in the region that deliver at this time, I opted for this one Cleovan Gás, who, despite his dubious quality, has already seen some advertisements around the neighborhood. I got home and ordered a canister. The same guy just wrote down my address and told me to wait, without even giving me a deadline. 40 minutes passed and no delivery. I called to inquire and he said that my order was already leaving. Another 40 minutes. I called again and asked if the gas would arrive the same day, because the delay did not seem. He, not at all worried, said that the delivery man had already left and that he had nothing to do. I suggested that he call to find out where he was and he answered with a simple "blz". I hung up and I'm still waiting for the gas from this "super serious" company, because I called again for the third time to cancel and the attendant didn't bother to answer me, since it was before 11pm.
Cleovan Gás, has never been seen and it will remain unseen by the type of professionals they hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demora a entregar não recomendo, pedi um gás a 1h e 30 minutos, depois de 15 tentativas me atenderam pedi pra cancelar e falaram que o mesmo já estava a caminho ensisti em cancelar e mesmo assim falaram que não poderia pq o gás estava chegando, até agora não chegou....
Não recomendo a ninguém.
Bad service, delay in delivery, I don't recommend it, I asked for a gas at 1h and 30 minutes, after 15 attempts they answered me, I asked to cancel and they said that it was already on its way, I insisted on canceling and even then they said I couldn't because the gas was Coming, so far it hasn't arrived....
I don't recommend it to anyone.
