O local serve para dar aulas para o 5° ano sobre como ser burocrático, sem fluxo, processo, planejamento ou controle do que está sendo feito.
Pessoas simpáticas, perdidas em papéis, que ficam andando entre mesas, parecendo estar tão perdidas quanto quem acabou de chegar.
Vai por mim. Experiência de quem ficou lá por 1 hora e 45 minutos, mesmo marcando horário, sem nenhuma informação, em um ambiente que parecia um mercado indiano, e eu sendo o turista esperando saber o que estava acontecendo.
Ressalto a simpatia dos funcionários, mas a ineficiência e falta de informação faz qualquer um perder a cabeça.
Tome chá, leve lanche, muito remédio tarja preta e vá com tempo. O local é tudo que se pode descrever sobre o que há de pior em assinar papéis no Brasil. Boa sorte!
