★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Recepcionista extremamente mal educada. Comecei um tratamento. No primeiro dia, sem conhecer o serviço, dei um dinheiro para fazer um Roth. 360,00. Foi feita a moldagem. Enquanto isso a dentista fez o trabalho em outros dentes. Dei mais 200,00. Quando fui por o Roth a recepcionista disse que eu teria que dar mais dinheiro porque estava faltando pelo tratamento que eu já tinha feito. Detalhe, o tratamento está parado por causa da quarentena. A grossa da recepcionista disse que não ia liberar o Roth se eu não desse mais um pouco de dinheiro. Agora eu quero meu dinheiro de volta, pois não vou dar prosseguimento nesta clínica do terror e eles estão fazendo hora para me devolver. Se alguém está pensando em fazer tratamento neste lugar fuja enquanto é tempo. Vão perder dinheiro.
 Bad experience. Extremely rude receptionist. I started a treatment. On the first day, without knowing the service, I gave money to make a Roth. 360.00. Molding was done. Meanwhile the dentist did the work on other teeth. I gave another 200.00. When I went for Roth the receptionist said that I would have to give more money because I was missing out on the treatment that I had already done. Detail, the treatment is stopped because of the quarantine. The clerk at the receptionist said she wouldn't release Roth if I didn't give her some more money. Now I want my money back, as I am not going to continue this horror clinic and they are taking the time to return it to me. If someone is thinking about getting treatment in this place, escape while it's time. They will lose money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Deus do céu q lugar é esse .. repcionista Regina a pior de todas a repcionista ,ho mulher sem educação e barraqueira , depois de ter discutido com minha esposa e sendo q elas estavam erradas saiu batendo as portas e as coisas igual uma problemática, ela deve ter sérios problemas de cabeças , educação e diálogo essa mulher não deve nem saber q existe ..num é possível que não tem chefe nesse lugar para se preocupar com a reputação e atendimento desse lugar .. nunca mais passo lá.. E nunca indicaria a alguém..
Mexeram no dente errado e queriam cobrar por mais um procedimento ..
Fujam desse lugar e dessa recepcionista que precisa urgente ir ao algum curso de boas maneiras e educação..

I will never go there again .. And never would refer someone ..
They messed with the wrong tooth and wanted to charge for one more procedure.
Get away from this place and that receptionist who urgently needs to go to some course in good manners and education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista super sem educação, bate boca com os clientes. O cliente paga pela pasta de exames para realizar os procedimentos e quando pede de volta nao querem devolver. Arrumam desculpas, pra poder segurar o cliente na clínica. Falam que a pasta nao fica lá e que tem 30 dias para resolverem. Atendimento péssimo.
Super uneducated receptionist, talks with customers. The client pays for the exam file to perform the procedures and when he asks for it back they do not want to return it. They make excuses to be able to hold the client at the clinic. They say the folder is not there and that they have 30 days to resolve it. Lousy service.

Logo de começo achei que houve muita falta de profissionalismo em esclarecer o tratamento, material usado que aparentemente parecia de má qualidade (voltamos várias vezes pra corrigir o mesmo erro), falaram que era necessário a limpeza, pagamos o 70 reais da limpeza e mesmo assim, a pecinha soltou no mesmo dia horas depois do tratamento.
Resumindo, pode se dizer que é uma péssima clinica, o famoso "barato que sai caro".
Terrible
Right from the start I thought there was a lot of lack of professionalism in clarifying the treatment, used material that apparently seemed of poor quality (we came back several times to correct the same mistake), said that cleaning was necessary, we paid 70 reais for cleaning and even so , the pecs dropped the same day hours after the treatment.
