★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, porém quando foi fazer a moldagem a funcionária colocou "um kilo" de massa na minha boca, tive que tirar se não iria me sufoca, fiquei sem ar, a funcionária não tem culpa, mas a clínica deveria treinar os funcionários melhor.

As meninas que realizaram o atendimento são muito educadas, porém, ao realizar o procedimento colocando elas colocavam o aparelho dentro da minha boca, e logo depois pegavam na máquina de raio x, depois encostavam na mesa, encostavam na mesa, depois em outros objetos, depois colocavam o dedo dentro da minha boca de novo, etc. Ou seja, o risco de contaminação é muito alto para o cliente. Tenho 1 ano que estou isolada por conta da pandemia, tomando todos os cuidados e fiquei extremamente insatisfeita por precisar ir nesta clínica e perceber o risco que me ofereceram, principalmente por eu estar dentro do grupo de risco. É preciso ter uma revisão URGENTE nos protocolos de BIOSEGURANÇA da clínica.

I have 1 year that I am isolated because of the pandemic, taking all the precautions and I was extremely dissatisfied because I needed to go to this clinic and realize the risk that was offered to me, mainly because I was within the risk group. It is necessary to have an URGENT review of the clinic's BIOSAFETY protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O item que eles colocam na boca para tirar o raio X estava furando minha boca de um dos lados e eu não estava conseguindo fechar, falei com a moça e ela disse que não estava e não queria arrumar a peça, para que eu conseguisse morder. Podiam fazer a peça com as bordas um pouco arredondadas para não machucar e serem mais educados.
