★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobra cadastro para candidato a locação o que é proibido pela Lei do Inquilinato, dias depois da aprovação da ficha diz que o proprietário alugou para outra pessoa e se recusam a devolver a importância cobrada indevidamente.
Charges registration for tenant candidate which is prohibited by Tenant Law, days after the approval of the form says that the owner rented to someone else and refuse to return the amount improperly charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso demonstrar a minha insatisfação com está imobiliária. Em 2015, eu comprei meu atual imóvel com a Clim. Foi tudo maravilhoso, até porque o meu interesse era a compra. Hoje, dia 22/09/2018, estava aguardando a corretora Elisa na casa da minha mãe, que fica em Jacarepaguá, para poder avaliar o imóvel para venda. Por volta de 13:00h, resolvi ligar para a imobiliária para confirmar a vinda da referida corretora, visto que já havia passado toda parte da manhã. Apenas, quando eu liguei, que fiquei sabendo que a Srª. Elisa não iria vir avaliar o imóvel. Infelizmente, as pessoas não tem mais compromisso com seus clientes. Estou decepcionada com a empresa, pois a corretora não teve a decência de me ligar e desmarcar o compromisso. Não procuro mais esta empresa para nenhuma intermediação imobiliária e não indico para ninguém. Meu interesse não era apenas venda, mas também a compra de outro imóvel. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.

Today, 09/22/2018, I was waiting for the broker Elisa at my mother's house, which is in Jacarepaguá, to be able to evaluate the property for sale. At around 13: 00h, I decided to call the real estate company to confirm the coming of the referred broker, since it had already passed all the morning. Only, when I called, that I heard that Mrs. Elisa was not going to come and evaluate the property. Unfortunately, people are no longer committed to their customers. I am disappointed with the company, because the broker did not have the decency to call me and cancel the commitment. I no longer look for this company for any real estate agency and I do not recommend it to anyone. My interest was not only selling, but also buying another property. Bad customer service.

Tive problemas com um vazemento no imóvel vizinho que poderia ser causado por algo no imóvel em que eu alugo. Repassei tudo para a Clim e eles não me auxiliaram tanto quanto deveriam para ajudar. Bem como, não me passaram o contato da dona do imóvel para que eu pudesse resolver diretamente com ela. Alguns meses depois, após muitos questionamentos, a própria dona do imóvel entrou em contato direto comigo para buscar uma solução. Além disso, pretendo entregar as chaves e eles não marcam a vistoria. Pretendem marcar na mesma data que eu pedi para entregar e se tiverem algum problema a ser corrigido não aceitarão as chaves no dia em que eu solicitei. Existe uma grande falta de comprometimento em relação aos seus clientes. Não recomendo esta imobiliária para ninguém.

They intend to schedule on the same date that I asked to deliver and if they have any problems to be corrected they will not accept the keys on the day that I requested. There is a great lack of commitment to your customers. I do not recommend this property to anyone.
