★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico disse que não poderia fazer a limpeza do split sem ter de refazer toda a instalação, cobrando mais R$ 200,00. Não concordei em refazer a instalação. A mangueira nao foi conectada corretamente e ficou retornando a água para dentro do quarto. A instalação foi danificada ide forma que não está esfriando como estava antes, mostrando que o gás está vazando.
The technician said he could not clean the split without having to redo the entire installation, charging an additional R $ 200.00. I did not agree to redo the installation. The hose was not connected correctly and the water returned to the room. The facility has been damaged so that it is not cooling as it was before, showing that the gas is leaking.
