★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pessoalmente a empresa levando um freezer que está com o compressor funcionando e não está gelando, provavelmente perdeu o gás pq ficou parado muito tempo ou algum vazamento.
A atendente se mostrou despreparada e me perguntou se eu só queria colocar o gás, pq caso estivesse um vazamento perderia e dando a entender que colocariam e liberariam o produto sem checar se teria vazamento.
Acredito que os técnicos da empresa não fariam isso, mas deu total insegurança deixar o produto numa empresa de manutenção que contrata uma funcionária pra atendimento que não tem noção de manutenção.
Infelizmente é algo que compromete a credibilidade da empresa.
 I was personally the company taking a freezer that has the compressor running and is not freezing, probably lost the gas because it was stopped for a long time or some leak.
The attendant was unprepared and asked me if I just wanted to put the gas, because if there was a leak, I would lose it and imply that they would place and release the product without checking if there would be a leak.
I believe that the company's technicians would not do this, but it was totally insecure to leave the product in a maintenance company that hires an employee for assistance who has no concept of maintenance.
Unfortunately it is something that compromises the company's credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenda atendimento, não cumprem e não dão satisfação, precisamos ficar ligando pra cobrar e no final cancelam e falam que não podem atender. Pessimo atendimento, empresa sem nenhuma credibilidade! Não recomendo!
Schedule service, they do not comply and do not give satisfaction, we need to keep calling to collect and in the end they cancel and say they cannot answer. Very bad service, a company without any credibility! I do not recommend!

I left a budget filter on Monday, where they would call me to give me a quote, on Friday, no return, when looking to know, they didn't even look or give me a return, without professionalism I don't recommend it, I removed it from there and I'm going to look for another company.

Agora estou com um ar condicionado novo para instalar, e como são os autorizados da marca na cidade, não tenho muita opção: já tentei marcar duas vezes e não vieram!

Terrible attendance! A few months ago I had to get a refrigerator and this company was recommended to me! It took me a while to get a visit.
Now I have a new air conditioner to install, and as they are authorized by the brand in the city, I don't have much choice: I've already tried to book twice and they didn't come!
