Meu ar não refrigerava, os técnicos foram la e disseram q era a unidade condensadora, a LG mandou peça nova e quando eles foram instalar, pasmem,O ar agora sequer liga!! Vou ter q resolver na justiça!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos em atendimento. Desorganizados, esqueceram de mandar as peças corretas enviadas pela fábrica para o serviço a ser feito na máquina lá e seca daqui. Fora isso o cliente ainda tem wue ouvir de forma assunto da, desatenciosa e rude, o atendimento de uma pessoa chamada Daiana, a qual não se propõe a resolver o problema em questão, e sim criar subterfugios para se esquivar do problema em questão. Estou decepcionado e prestes a rralizar uma queixa para poder ser ressarcido por causa da desorganização dos mesmos.
