★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A máquina de lavar que comprei foi entregue com várias avarias: pino de encaixe do reservatório quebrado, vidro da tampa desencaixado de sua estrutura, marcas na parte frontal como se a máquina tivesse sofrido alguma queda - 3 marcas bem visíveis. Infelizmente a pessoa que recebeu não desembalou para conferir. Faz dias que tento contato e até agora nada, não recomendo e buscarei meus direitos pela via jurídica.
The washing machine I bought was delivered with several damages: the tank's snap pin broken, the lid glass disengaged from its frame, marks on the front as if the machine had been dropped - 3 marks clearly visible. Unfortunately, the person who received it did not unpack to check. I have been trying to get in touch for days and so far nothing, I do not recommend it and I will seek my rights through the legal channels.

Simplesmente liguei para o vendedor e ele disse que não tinha responsabilidade, me passou o e-mail da fábrica que é em São Paulo, ou seja virou as costas pra o cliente e mandou eu procurar meus direitos. O atendimento só foi bom até ele realizar a venda...
Não indico comprarem equipamentos nesta empresa
