★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a loja. Estou há 2 semanas tentando encontrar solução pro meu problema e nao me ajudam. Me venderam um ar condicionado que não gela e não cumprem o que a garantia estabelece. Ja liguei diversas vezes e não resolvem o problema!
I do not recommend the store. I have been trying for 2 weeks to find a solution to my problem and it does not help me. They sold me an air conditioner that doesn't freeze and doesn't meet the warranty. Already called several times and do not solve the problem!

Esta é a minha opinião.
Preocupam-se somente em vender, vender, vender, sem visita técnica ANTES da venda consumada. Então você compra os equipamentos para depois saber se a potência foi adequada para determinado ambiente, número de pessoas, onde ficariam os condensadores, unidades externas, preparação de rede elétrica adequada, etc...
Só sabem dizer "dá pra colocar!" mas sem nem ver o imóvel, se existem ou não regras de condomínio, fachada, dreno...
Vendas sem esclarecimentos anteriores (você que se vire durante as instalações, ficando satisfeito ou não)...
Não gostei. Então comprei em outra loja.
Observações: atendimento diferente entre lojas da mesma rede. (São Caetano do Sul foi show!).

This is my opinion.
They are concerned only with selling, selling, selling without technical visit BEFORE the consummate sale. Then you buy the equipment and then know if the power was adequate for a certain environment, number of people, where would be the capacitors, outdoor units, preparation of proper power grid, etc ...
They only know how to say "you can put it!" but without even seeing the property, whether or not there are rules of condominium, facade, drain ...
Sales without previous clarification (you who turn around during the installation, whether satisfied or not) ...
Did not like. So I bought it in another store.
Notes: Different service between stores of the same chain. (Sao Caetano do Sul was a show!).
