★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, equipe despreparada e totalmente desorganizados . Sinceramente um péssimo lugar para realizar exames as atendentes até se esforçam mas não há gerência nem controle na ordem de chegada e há claramente pacientes preferenciais... Mas não os que realmente deveriam ser.
 Poor service, unprepared staff and totally disorganized. Honestly a lousy place to do the exams the attendants do try hard but there is no management or control in the order of arrival and there are clearly preferential patients ... but not the ones they really should be.

Liguei na primeira vez e fui pessimamente atendida, a atendente claramente impaciente, falando no tom de ignorância e ainda passou informações erradas, que a clínica não atendia pelo plano Bradesco. Tentei marcar o exame no particular e a mesma foi bem grossa afirmando que não agendava pelo telefone mesmo eu justificando que moro no interior, e em vários momentos a atendente falava que a clinica estava cheia e que tinha muita gente ligando para fazer esse exame e que não garantia vaga na agenda, caso eu não fosse marcar pessoalmente. Por fim liguei para o plano que me passou a clinica como rede credenciada, retornei a ligar no outro dia e fui gentilmente atendia por Cleia, que confirmou que o convenio bradesco era aceito, se mostrando muito solicita e educada, me orientou a encaminhar a requisição do exame via whatsapp, para por fim agendar o exame. Para a atendente Cleia queria deixar minha nota máxima. OBS: Deixo aqui minha avaliação quanto ao atendimento prestado "pelas atendentes". Retorno para avaliar o atendimento realizado no exame, que por sinal vi vários comentários positivos quanto ao Dr Osmario ..
Attendance of the attendants leave something to be desired. I called the first time and was badly answered, the clerk clearly impatient, speaking in a tone of ignorance and even misinformed information that the clinic did not meet the Bradesco plan. I tried to schedule the exam privately and it was very thick saying that I did not schedule over the phone myself justifying that I live inside, and several times the attendant said that the clinic was full and that there were many people calling to do this exam and that I do not guarantee a vacancy on the agenda if I were not to make an appointment in person. Finally I called the plan that the clinic gave me as an accredited network, I called again the other day and was kindly answered by Cleia, who confirmed that the bradesco agreement was accepted, being very solicitous and polite, guided me to forward the request exam via whatsapp, to finally schedule the exam. For the attendant Cleia I wanted to leave my top grade. NOTE: I leave here my assessment regarding the service provided "by the attendants". Return to evaluate the attendance performed in the exam, which incidentally saw several positive comments regarding Dr Osmario ..

Assim que a gente chegou a atendente falou que tinha 4 pessoas já na frente ! Aye aí tudo bem, mais já foram atendidas 9 pessoas e aínda continuamos aqui esperando
I'm with my wife for a mammogram here! And it was scheduled for 13 hours! We arrived here at 12, we are waiting until 2 pm
As soon as we got there, the attendant said there were 4 people in front! Aye there all right, but 9 people have already been served and we are still here waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os 2 profissional foram ôtimos as atendentes tbm porém a demora foi terrível cheguei 9:50 sendo que meu exame era pra 10:30 foi fazê-lo já era quase meio dia por isso ñ dou nota 5 e atenção meninas meu exame foi uma HISTEROSSALPINGOGRAFIA e posso dizer com toda certeza sofrir antes sem necessidade passei noites sem dormir com medo em vaõ o exame ñ doeu nada absolutamente nada o Dr Osmario foi ótimo sensacional. ?
The 2 professionals were great the attendants too but the delay was terrible I arrived 9:50 being that my exam was for 10:30 was to do it it was almost noon so I don't give a 5 and attention girls my exam was a HISTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY and I can say with all certainty that I suffer before without need I spent sleepless nights in fear of the exam ñ it hurt nothing at all Dr Osmario was great sensational. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aqui aguardando para fazer Raio X, o responsável por fazer está desocupado a 30 minutos e não pode chamar por que não recebeu as fichas das várias pessoas que estão esperando.
Muita demora no atendimento e falta de pessoal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem respeito pelos pacientes que chegam na ordem, dando o jeitinho brasileiro e passando pessoas na frente dos que ali já estão aguardando e que chegam depois por "compromissos". Estou indignada, pois cheguei 10 minutos depois da abertura da clínica para realização de uma ultrassom e 2 pacientes que chegaram depois foram passadas na minha frente e na de outra paciente sem terem o mínimo de respeito de nos perguntar se a gente aceitava ou não. Cheguei cedo justamente pq tinha médico com hora marcada as 9 e caso não passe essas 2 pacientes estaria sendo do meu horário. Resultado: cancelei a ultrassom.
He has no respect for patients who arrive in order, giving the Brazilian way and passing people in front of those who are already there and who arrive later because of "appointments". I'm outraged, because I arrived 10 minutes after the clinic opened for an ultrasound and 2 patients who arrived later were passed in front of me and another patient without having the slightest respect to ask us if we accepted or not. I arrived early precisely because I had a doctor with an appointment at 9 am and if I didn't pass these 2 patients, it would be my schedule. Result: I canceled the ultrasound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando entra em contato pelo numero de teleforne (79) 3214-1899 pra marca um exame e não consigo o que esta havendo Voçes tem que melhora os atendimento pois deisa a deseja porque Voçes não coloca mais um numero de teleforne e contrata mais funcionario pra atende melho pois desse jeito Voçes estão pededo cliente

A pessoa q mora longe tem q chega q horas 05:00 horas da manhã, para então conseguir.
Uma falta de respeito.
