★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLÍNICA PÉSSIMA, DESORGANIZADA E IRRESPONSÁVEL COM O TEMPO DOS PACIENTES!
Tive um exame admissional marcado para hoje as 8:30 e pontualmente cheguei na clínica, após 1h fui chamada para fazer APENAS a ficha de entrada e também somente após ir ate a recepcionista que mal olhou na minha cara e disse para aguardar (mesmo após 1h). Preenchi a ficha e fiquei novamente mais de 1h30 esperando para que o médico me chamasse para apenas um exame clínico (isso após ir novamente no recepcionista e perguntar o motivo de tanta demora). Lugar de péssimo atendimento, pessoas que chegam depois de você passam na sua frente de alguma forma, não te dão satisfação alguma sobre o motivo de tanta demora, o que mais se vê são médicos chamando a mesma pessoa 10x e andando de lado pro outro sem atender as 30 pessoas que estão aguardando a por pelo menos 3 horas no saguão.
TERRIBLE, DISORGANIZED AND IRRESPONSIBLE CLINIC WITH PATIENTS' TIME!
I had an admission exam scheduled for today at 8:30 and I arrived at the clinic punctually, after 1h I was called to make ONLY the entry form and also only after going to the receptionist who barely looked at my face and said to wait (even after 1h ). I filled out the form and was again more than 1h30 waiting for the doctor to call me for just a clinical examination (this after going to the receptionist again and asking why it took so long). A place with bad service, people who arrive after you pass in front of you somehow, they don't give you any satisfaction about the reason for so much delay, what you most see are doctors calling the same person 10 times and walking from side to side without meet the 30 people who are waiting for at least 3 hours in the lobby.
