 Worst sushi I've ever eaten in my life, horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desrespeitoso! Solicitei um pedido pelo Ifood hoje e no mesmo momento que finalizei o pedido enviei uma mensagem informando que moro numa Servidao, que tem escadas e orientando
como chegar, fui respondida com um OK, OBRIGADA. Aguardei por aproximadamente 1 hora e quando o motoboy chegou, enviaram uma mensagem pedindo pra eu ir ate o motoboy por que o mesmo nao descia e nem subia escadas.. Perguntei por que nao me informaram isso quando enviei mensagem inicialmente?! E nao me responderam por essa pergunta. Como sou sozinha com 2 criancas nao pude encontrar o motoboy e o pedido foi cancelado. Resumindo: 1 hora aguardando pelo mal atendimento, falta de comunicacao e ma vontade na entrega.

I asked why didn't they inform me when I sent a message? And they didn't answer me for that question. As I am alone with 2 children I could not find the courier and the order was cancelled. In short: 1 hour waiting for poor service, lack of communication and unwillingness to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 2 pedidos na mesma semana e o hot Filadélfia veio mais arroz e um espirro de salmão e a quantidade de salmão no hot Filadélfia é mínima, o Haru Hot veio uma quantidade normal de salmão. liguei o atendente queria saber quantos pedaços eu comi para repor apenas os que não foram comidos, achei tão pobre a oferta, comi assim mesmo e não pretendo pedir mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima com eles, tentei contato por whatsapp, vizualizavam e não me respondiam, liguei e fiz o pedido por telefone. Me pediram 60 minutos para entrega, até aí tudo bem, após 80 minutos eu fiz contato para saber se tinha notícias da entrega, fui informada que o motoboy já tinha saído a uns minutos. Após 100 minutos liguei novamente e o atendimento disse q ia ligar para o motoboy, não tive nenhum retorno da loja. Após 120 minutos liguei novamente e me informaram que não conseguiu falar com o motoboy, resolvi cancelar o pedido pelo tempo que ele já estava na rua, ia chegar frio.
Foi bem decepcionante e constrangedor por eu estar com visitas casa e a comida não chegar.
