A clínica estava lotada no dia e eu estava em jejum então nos disponibilizaram café da manhã, se preocupam com nosso conforto e todos os funcionários nos tratam muito bem. Faço questão de voltar sempre. Muito obrigada a todos
 All services and excellent quality service. Super recommend!! The doctor clarified my doubts well and I liked the conduct. The clinic was full that day and I was fasting so they provided us with breakfast, they care about our comfort and all the staff treat us very well. I make a point of always coming back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há melhores, mais baratas e que lhe dão mais atenção e satisfação. Paguei 90,00R$ pra fazer uma consulta com o clínico que durou 5 minutos. Ele me passou a receita e os procedimento para umas exame caso o tratamento não desse certo. Ele me passou um exame de urina, quando fui fazer o exame a atentendo disse q eu não podia fazer pois estava sobe efeito do medicamento passado, e eu não podia fazer um retorno porque o clínico está lá só em certos dias e certas horas. Depois ele mandou eu fazer o exame de novo, eu fiz e esperei o dia de sair o exame, e tentei fazer o retorno, mas estão cobrando mais 90 reais pra fazer novamente a consulta. Querem que eu pague pelo erro dos funcionários imcopetentes que nem sabem como funcionam os serviços prestados. Essa clínica só é boa mesmo pra exame admissional. Não percam seu dinheiro com os serviços deles.
There are better, cheaper ones that give you more attention and satisfaction. I paid 90.00 $ to make an appointment with the clinician that lasted 5 minutes. He gave me the prescription and the procedures for some exams if the treatment didn't work. He passed me a urine test, when I went to do the test, he said I couldn't do it because it was under the effect of the past medication, and I couldn't make a return because the clinician is only there on certain days and certain hours. Then he told me to do the exam again, I did it and waited for the day to leave the exam, and tried to make the return, but they are charging another 90 reais to do the consultation again. They want me to pay for the mistake of impudent employees who don't even know how the services provided work. This clinic is only good for admission exams. Don't waste your money on their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento da pediatria, demorou para a médica me chama mais depois que sai do consultório entendi o pq da espera... ela é ótima, fez uma consulta que muitos "pediatras" nunca fizeram. Na clinica também me senti segura mesmo com esta guadro de pandemia... tem separação nas cadeiras, álcool e os banheiros limpos ... lá não sãoperfeitos ... mais fazem de tudo pra deixar nossa estadia melhor
I really enjoyed the pediatric care, it took a long time for the doctor to call me more after I left the office, I understood why I was waiting ... she is great, she made a consultation that many "pediatricians" never did. At the clinic I also felt safe even with this pandemic guideline ... there is separation in chairs, alcohol and clean bathrooms ... there are not perfect ... but they do everything to make our stay better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo um exame periódico, e nunca imaginei que fosse passar mais de 5 horas na fila, a demanda é muito grande pela quantidade de funcionários, Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência.

Todas as vezes é uma desculpa, medico não pode vir etc etc etc....
Sem contar que é uma péssima serviço que fazem, ( serviço meia boca) só pra chamar logo outro como se só ligassem em atender.

Every time it's an excuse, doctor can't come etc etc etc....
Not to mention that it's a bad service they do, (half-mouth service) just to call someone else as if they only called to answer.
