Marca uma consulta para as 10h, para um paciente de 71 anos, as 12:30h o médico, Lucas, não havia chegado na clínica ainda e nem uma satisfação o pessoal da recepção dá, parecem que tem medo do médico. Isso tudo porque é particular, imagino que se fosse gratuito iria tratar o cliente como um lixo.
Lousy experience! Total lack of respected with customers! Make an appointment for 10am, for a 71-year-old patient, at 12:30 pm the doctor, Lucas, hadn’t arrived at the clinic yet and the reception staff isn’t even satisfied, they seem to be afraid of the doctor. This is all because it is private, I imagine that if it were free it would treat the customer like rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Climed: sinônimo de descaso, desrespeito e profissionalismo 0. O Otorrino Domingos Castro marcou às 15:00 e chegou às 16:40. Não fez absolutamente nada no ouvido da minha filha. Marcou para um volta que não aconteceu, pois faltou duas semanas seguidas. Um secretária invisível que ligamos antes para saber se realmente médico estava na clínica, ela diz que ele vem e não aparece. Ressarcimento nenhum, pois paguei e ele não fez a "lavagem" . Sem falar na higiene. Nota 0 tbm. Presenciei uma idosa vomitando e ninguém limpou. O vômito ficou ali a tarde toda com outras pessoa pisando como se nada estivesse acontecendo. Nuncaaaaaaa mais irei nesse ambiente horrível.
Horrible experience. Climed: synonymous with neglect, disrespect and professionalism 0. Otorrino Domingos Castro scored at 15:00 and arrived at 16:40. It did absolutely nothing in my daughter's ear. He scored for a lap that didn't happen, as he missed two weeks in a row. An invisible secretary we called earlier to find out if the doctor really was at the clinic, she says he comes and doesn't show up. No reimbursement, because I paid and he didn't do the "wash". Not to mention hygiene. Note 0 too. I witnessed an elderly woman vomiting and no one cleaned it up. The vomit stayed there all afternoon with other people stomping around like nothing was happening. Never again will I go in this horrible environment.
