★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desrespeitoso!! Cheguei as 7h, em jejum desde as 23h do dia anterior, conforme orientação; para fazer uma endoscopia e até as 11:40h não tinha sido chamada. Ao solicitar o cancelamento, imediatamente mandaram me chamar!!! Não aceitei mais o atendimento e nunca mais volto a essa clínica.
Disrespectful service !! I arrived at 7am, fasting from 11pm the previous day, as directed; to do an endoscopy and by 11:40 had not been called. When requesting the cancellation, they immediately sent me a call !!! I did not accept the service anymore and I never go back to this clinic.

My husband did two exams, doctor dr. Gui range. super punctual and attentive, the girls at the reception were also super helpful. I really recommend it.

Um absurdo, você em jejum ter que esperar tanto e o pior, não se pode ter controle de quem estar na sua frente.
Bad experience in the sense of exam, I was at the clinic on Saturday accompanying a person to do an endoscopy, the wait was more than 3h.
It is absurd, you have to wait so long and the worst, you cannot control who is in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando desde cedo marcar uma consulta com o Dr. Guy Gama, solicitado pelo Dr. Ivo Jatobá, e não consigo. O Tel fixo atendem mas deligam. Pelo zap eu pergunto mas ninguem responde. Será que vou ter que me delocar até ai para conseguir marcar uma consulta? Acho isso INADMISSIVEL ?
I've been trying since early to make an appointment with Dr. Guy Gama, requested by Dr. Ivo Jatobá, and I can't. Fixed telephone answers but they hang up. By zap I ask but no one answers. Will I have to travel there to get an appointment? I find this UNACCEPTABLE ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar aqui a falta de respeito com o ser humano que eles fizeram com minha pessoa . Eles dizem que é por ordem de chegada . Só que não ... Eu fui o 1 a chegar e fui o penúltimo a ser atendido. Impressionante isso . Lá os que pagam participar passam na frente e idosos podem chegar qualquer hora que já é atendimento imediatamente.
