★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensava que quando o serviço fosse privatizado seria melhor. Pelo menos o público tem uma ouvidouria. Agendei de 8hs às 9hs da manhã mas de nada serve o agendamento pois funciona por ordem de chegada, cheguei às 8:30 e fui atendido no balcão às 9:37. Quando renovei a última vez paguei 151,00 tudo; dessa vez paguei 154,00 ao Detran + 182,00 a clínica(que delícia). O exame de vista só começa às 10:00 então se chegou às 8:00... kkkkkkk
I thought that when the service was privatized it would be better. At least the public has an ombudsman. I scheduled from 8 am to 9 am but the appointment is of no use as it works by order of arrival, I arrived at 8:30 am and was attended at the counter at 9:37. When I renewed the last time I paid 151.00 everything; this time I paid 154.00 to Detran + 182.00 at the clinic (what a delight). The eye exam only starts at 10:00 am so if you arrived at 8:00... kkkkkkk
