★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica maravilhosa, a Dra. Mary é excepcional uma ótima Médica, muito atenciosa e educada, sem falar na sua vasta experiência. Minha esposa foi muito bem atendida , a clínica está com novas atendentes e logo logo novo Pediatra. PARABÉNS A CLIMIPP por ter este diferencial.. Ahhjh, sem falar nos ótimos preços. Recomendo 1000 vezes.
 A wonderful clinic, Dr. Mary is exceptional, a great Doctor, very attentive and polite, not to mention her vast experience. My wife was very well attended, the clinic has new attendants and soon a new Pediatrician. CONGRATULATIONS TO CLIMIPP for having this differential .. Ahhjh, not to mention the great prices. I recommend 1000 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimas atendentes, pois precisei marcar um gastro pediatra pra meu filho pelo plano ,e sempre q tentei ligar ficava dando ocupado ou pedia pra completar a chamada, quando realmente consegui falaram q tem o dia certo pra marcar essa consulta então liguei no dia q me disseram , dês das 07:00 da manhã q tentava falar com eles até q consegui , mais já disseram q ñ tinha vaga pra o início da semana ,sendo q eu liguei super cedo e já ñ tinha vaga ,achei super estranho até pq ñ tinha dado tempo pra lotar a semana quase toda ,acho q as atendentes estão marcando consultas pra alguns pessoas antecipadamente do dia correto q eles informa aos demais. Sem falar q são muito mau educadas !
Terrible attendants, because I needed to make a pediatric gastro for my son for the plan, and always tried to call kept giving busy or asked to complete the call, when I really managed to say that has the right day to make this appointment so I called the day they told me , from 07:00 in the morning I tried to talk to them until I got it, but they already said that I had no vacancy for the beginning of the week, being that I called super early and already had vacancy, I found it very strange until I had given Time to fill the week almost all, I think the attendants are making appointments for some people in advance of the correct day that they inform others. Not to mention they are very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior acho q impossível. Atendimento desorganizado demora muito p um exame e sem contar que alguns exames a clínica não se responsabiliza em levar para o laboratório só faz a coleta.. já fui em muitas clínicas para fazer exame mas essa foi a pior.
Worse, I think it's impossible. Disorganized care takes a long time for an exam and not to mention that some exams, the clinic is not responsible for taking them to the laboratory, only collects them... I've been to many clinics for exams but this was the worst.

Passei a tarde esperando uma consulta. Cheguei 12:30 h e fui atendida as 18:00 h . Total desrespeito aos pacientes.
A raiva e o estresse não tem como medir! Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo , atendimento péssimo iniciando pelas atendentes , super mal educadas , resultados de exames sem prazo pra entrega e não entregam on-line , difícil contato com a clínica tanto por WhatsApp quanto por ligação que só dá desligado , muita demora pra ser atendida e a médica em si não deixa o paciente falar ou perguntar pois ela interrompe! Zero satisfação !!!
I don't recommend it, bad service starting with the attendants, super rude, exam results with no deadline for delivery and they don't deliver online, difficult to contact the clinic both by WhatsApp and by call that only gives off, a long time to be answered and the doctor herself does not let the patient talk or ask because she interrupts! Zero satisfaction!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima clínica fui muito humilhada hj 28 03 2022, pois o meu plano é IAPEP e essa clínica não tem nenhum interesse em atender pacientes deste plano de acordo com a medica ginecologista q me atendeu eu me recusei a repassar R$ 8,00 a sua clinica para ser atendida pelo q deveria ser um retorno e ela quis me passar uma consulta, sendo q fiz a primeira consulta em 17 02 2022 ao q pedi para marcar o retorno a clínica marcou para 18 03 2022, e a msm desmarcou pq disse q a ginecologista não iria atender e remarcaram para 25 03 2022, o msm ocorreu a ginecologista nao pode ir e novamente remarcaram para 28 03 2022, cheguei as 11:40 e as 14h sai de la sem ser atendida. Sendo que eles foi quem desmarcaram os retornos e a culpa nao é minha.
Terrible clinic I was very humiliated today 28 03 2022, because my plan is IAPEP and this clinic has no interest in treating patients of this plan according to the gynecologist who attended me I refused to transfer R$ 8.00 to your clinic to be attended by what should be a return visit and she wanted to give me an appointment, and I made the first appointment on 02 17 2022 when I asked to schedule the return the clinic scheduled it for 18 03 2022, and she canceled it because it said the gynecologist I wouldn't answer and they rescheduled to 25 03 2022, the same happened the gynecologist can't go and again they rescheduled to 28 03 2022, I arrived at 11:40 and at 14:00 left without being answered. Being that they were the ones who unmarked the returns and it's not my fault.
