★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram 3h 50min de atraso para a consulta, sem nenhuma satisfação, e além disso, passaram outras pessoas na frente com a inicial desculpa "essa pessoa é paciente da doutora há mais tempo, então ela vai na frente" ou então "o da pessoa é mais rapidinho". Total falta de respeito com os pacientes.
The appointment was 3h 50min late, without any satisfaction, and in addition, other people went ahead with the initial excuse "this person has been a patient of the doctor's for a longer time, so she goes ahead" or "the person's faster". Total lack of respect for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe nenhuma medida de segurança contra a Covid 19, referente as acomodações, os pacientes se acomodam em um sofá coletivo em forma da letra U, totalmente sem nenhum controle de distanciamento, o ar condicionado não funciona, a clínica não disponibiliza sinal gratuito de Wi-Fi para os clientes, e o telefone da clínica está sempre ocupado, nos passa a impressão que se encontra fora da base. Decepcionante!
There is no security measure against Covid 19, regarding accommodation, patients are accommodated on a collective sofa in the shape of the letter U, totally without any distance control, the air conditioning does not work, the clinic does not provide free Wi-Fi. -Fi for clients, and the clinic phone is always busy, it gives us the impression that it is off base. Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção é um caos! O telefone não para de tocar um minuto, e tive que esperar 2 horas após o horário agendado! Passaram varias pessoas na frente da minha filha. Proprietário ou gerente devia reorganizar o sistema e trabalhar com horário marcado respeitando os pacientes pois chegamos na hora correta devemos ser atendidos no horário combinado, temos outras tarefas e compromissos!
Reception is chaos! The phone doesn't stop ringing for a minute, and I had to wait 2 hours after the scheduled time! Several people passed in front of my daughter. Owner or manager should reorganize the system and work with appointments respecting patients because we arrive at the right time we must be seen at the agreed time, we have other tasks and appointments!

Hoje, ao ligar para CLINAM recebí informação que ela não atende mais...
Por favor, alguém da Climopar envie um número de telefone útil, para que eu possa marcar uma consulta, pq não gostaria de procurar outra dermatologista. Desde já, agradeço.
