★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bons produtos, mas parecem vigias mesmo. Ficam vigiando você como fosse um detento. Ficam toda hora perguntando se quer alguma coisa assim que para em algum lugar. Como se fôssemos roubar. Vejo que tem alguns comentários que são da própria loja. Às vezes quero levar mais alguma coisa, mas por conta desses incômodos, acabo desistindo e comprando o necessário mesmo.
good products, but look like lookouts. They keep watching over you like a prisoner. They keep asking me if they want something like that to go somewhere. As if we were to steal. I see you have some comments that are from the store itself. Sometimes I want to take something else, but because of these annoyances, I end up giving up and buying the same thing.

Adorooo ,mas acho desconfortável as moças que ficam atrás de vc em todo corredor que vc vai ,te faz querer sair rápido da loja , desagradável demais .. precisam cuidar melhor de quem entra ,e tratar com respeito, é um lugar caro ,quem vai ,está lá porque quer consumir os cosméticos em geral enfim horrível a sensação.Mas os moços novos que ficam na porta são super prestativos e ajudam em tudo que precisamos ,estão de parabéns .
It has everything you need! Adorooo, but I find it uncomfortable the girls who stay behind you in every corridor that you go to, makes you want to leave the store quickly, too unpleasant .. they need to take better care of whoever enters, and treat with respect, it is an expensive place, who will , it is there because you want to consume cosmetics in general, finally the feeling is horrible. But the young guys who stay at the door are super helpful and help with everything we need, congratulations are in order.

Comprei um produto que aparentemente estava com defeito. Retornei a loja dentro do prazo de 7 dias e para minha surpresa fui informada que teria que aguardar o proprietário para resolver meu caso. Não tive direito ao ressarcimento em dinheiro nem a um vale. Perg. esta loja não tem gerente? Ou alguém que possa resolver o problema no momento em que acontece?

I bought a product that was apparently defective. I returned to the store within 7 days and to my surprise I was informed that I would have to wait for the owner to resolve my case. I was not entitled to reimbursement in cash or a voucher. Q. this store has no manager? Or someone who can solve the problem the moment it happens?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 3 caixas da máscara preta, marca Mundial Fênix, com lote 0018/08/2021, e todas as 3 caixas vieram com defeitos de fabrica (mais de 50% das máscaras).
Voltei na loja para efetuar a troca, antes dos 7 dias, e fui informada pela atendente que precisaria falar com o gerente. Quando ele chegou, fui explicar o que estava acontecendo, que possivelmente era defeito de fabricação, e antes mesmo que pudesse falar ele foi extremamente grosseiro. Todas as vezes que tentava falar ele me interrompia, não deixava ao menos explicar o que estava acontecendo. Quando fui tentar falar novamente ele aumentou o tom de voz, foi agressivo na fala e sem que eu pudesse me comunicar ele trocou as caixas, demonstrando bastante contrariedade.
Porém as máscaras continuaram apresentando o mesmo defeito. Voltei novamente na loja e falei com a mesma atendente. Ela foi falar com o mesmo gerente grosso, porém ouvi ele falando com a atendente "se fizer isso com a máscara é claro que ela da esse defeito", deduzindo como se estivesse agindo de má fé.
Entrei em contato com a fabricante e eles trocaram as máscaras imediatamente.
Esse gerente e completamente despreparado para lidar com clientes e extremamente descompensado, pois não consegue nem conversar com ninguém.
Tenho dó de quem precisa trabalhar com um estupido desses.
I bought 3 boxes of the black mask, Mundial Fênix brand, with lot 0018/08/2021, and all 3 boxes came with factory defects (more than 50% of the masks).
I returned to the store to make the exchange, before 7 days, and was informed by the attendant that I would need to speak to the manager. When he arrived, I went to explain what was going on, that it was possibly a manufacturing defect, and before I could even speak he was extremely rude. Every time I tried to speak he interrupted me, he wouldn't even let me explain what was going on. When I tried to speak again, he raised his voice, was aggressive in his speech and without my being able to communicate, he changed the boxes, showing a lot of annoyance.
But the masks continued to show the same defect. I went back to the store again and spoke with the same attendant. She went to talk to the same rude manager, but I heard him talking to the attendant "if you do this with the mask, of course it gives this defect", deducing as if he was acting in bad faith.
I contacted the manufacturer and they changed the masks immediately.
This manager is completely unprepared to deal with customers and extremely uncompensated because he can't even talk to anyone.
I feel sorry for anyone who needs to work with a stupid one like that.
