★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento, péssimo tempo de espera, perderam meu encaminhamento com trinta min q eu tinha entregue na recepção, não me avisaram como tinha q vim preparada para o exame... Odiei.
 Terrible service, terrible waiting time, they lost my referral with thirty minutes that I had delivered to reception, they didn't tell me how I had come prepared for the exam... I hated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica horrível! Mais de um mês aguardando os resultados dos exames e até agora nada! Você tenta contato por telefone chama e ninguém atende! Pelo Whatsapp demora umas 5 horas pra responderem. Atendimento péssimo!
Voltando aqui para informar que consegui receber os laudos de meus exames graças a intervenção do proprietário da clínica! Pois se dependesse dos funcionários da recepção iria dar viagem perdida, pois disseram que não estava pronto. Daí pedi pra falar com o responsável pela clínica e o mesmo prontamente resolveu a situação!???????
Horrible clinic! More than a month waiting for the results of the exams and so far nothing! You try to contact by phone calls and no one answers! By Whatsapp it takes about 5 hours to answer. Lousy service!
Coming back here to inform that I was able to receive the reports of my exams thanks to the intervention of the clinic owner! Because if it depended on the reception staff, I would miss the trip, as they said it was not ready. Then I asked to speak to the person in charge of the clinic and he promptly solved the situation! ???????

Good doctors, but if the appointment is at 8 am, make sure you will only be seen more than an hour and a half later.

Terrible care waiting horrible service at the zap is a lack of respect because i said the 9th to make an appointment for the sixth ophthalmologist p my daughter there today the day before i call p confirm speech q there is no vacancy as if i gave the data on the zap. nonsense that

I highly recommend it, the attendant gave me all the information I needed through WhatsApp, I was well assisted when I arrived at the clinic, super fast and the doctors were wonderful. They are to be congratulated

Marquei hora e só fui atendida 1 hora depois.

Terrible service at the reception, I booked an appointment+cytology and they didn't tell me that I wasn't having cytology.
