★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Minha avó passou por uma consulta particular, não teve anamnese, exame físico, e a orientação foi muito rasa. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma, procurem outro pneumologista se querem um atendimento satisfatório.
Lousy service. My grandmother went through a private consultation, had no history, physical examination, and the guidance was very shallow. I do not recommend under any circumstances, look for another pulmonologist if you want satisfactory care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi triste e humilhante. Se você chegar alguns minutos ou meia hora antes,fica em pé num corredor quente,se escorando na parede. E o pior foi o atendimento da secretária da clínica : muito ignorante e mal educada que chegou a empurrar e bater a porta na minha cara dizendo que se eu quisesse sentar que fosse por térreo do prédio (eu estava no 12° andar); mesmo dizendo a ela que eu era paciente oncologica e tenho problema sério no joelho. Cheguei a minha casa chorando de dor e humilhação. Nota ZERO pra esta clínica.
The experience was sad and humiliating. If you arrive a few minutes or half an hour before, you are standing in a hot corridor, leaning against the wall. And the worst was the attendance of the clinic secretary: very ignorant and impolite, who even pushed and slammed the door in my face saying that if I wanted to sit it would be on the ground floor of the building (I was on the 12th floor); even telling her that I was an oncology patient and I have a serious knee problem. I came home crying in pain and humiliation. ZERO score for this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente até a chegada com a Dra o atendimento é ruim,devido ter que ficar no corredor em pé e no calor mas a Dra Rosilene é uma excelente profissional atendi com muita atenção e sem pressa fiz o tratamento do meu irmão pós covid com ela e recomendo porque ela é maravilhosa inclusive estou fazendo o tratamento da minha filha de apenas 2 anos com ela também
Really, until the arrival with Dr, the service is bad, due to having to stay in the hallway standing and in the heat but Dr Rosilene is an excellent professional I attended with great attention and without haste I did the treatment of my brother after covid with her and I recommend because she is wonderful, I'm even treating my 2-year-old daughter with her too
