★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Segunda vez q fui, a recepcionista parece um robô, foi grossa, me constrangeu, e nem deu aviso nenhum sobre o retorno ser de 15 dias, se indispos a falar com o médico por ordem restrita dele, as consultas duram 5 minutos e nem pra dá uma satisfação ao paciente.
Terrible! Second time I went, the receptionist looks like a robot, was rude, embarrassed me, and did not even give any warning about the return being 15 days, if you are unwilling to talk to the doctor by his restricted order, consultations last 5 minutes and not even gives the patient a satisfaction.

Terrible service, they scheduled my appointment for 10:40 am, I left at 12: 20 pm without being seen, they do not respect the time or the order of arrival.

Não recomendo a ninguém, melhor se submeter ao SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo médico, uma espera enorme pra ser mal atendida, a consulta mal durou 5 minutos, minha mãe não conseguiu falar sobre seus problemas por causa da forma que ele nos tratou.
A very bad doctor, a long wait to be poorly attended, the consultation barely lasted 5 minutes, my mother was unable to talk about her problems because of the way he treated us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcaram minha consulta pra 10:40h, cheguei no horário, fiquei meia hora esperando e quando fui perguntar ainda tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente, não esperei pq tinha outro compromisso. Acho melhor dizer que é por ordem de chegada do que marcar um horário e fazer uma pessoa com tontura sair de casa pra fazer papel de besta!
My appointment was scheduled for 10:40 am, I arrived on time, I waited half an hour and when I went to ask there were still 2 people in front of me, I didn't wait because I had another appointment. I think it's better to say it's on a first-come, first-served basis than to make an appointment and make a dizzy person leave the house to make a fool of himself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the building for a dentist’s appointment and the dentist needed some more x-rays before she could continue, so she told me to take the elevator up 2 floors and come in here and do a tomograph. First, the convenience of not having to leave the building is great. Second, they accept walk-ins, no problem. Third, I only had to wait about 5 minutes to do the exam. Fourth, they emailed the results to my dentist, so when I got off the elevator to go back there, she already had the results.
That’s a lotta convenience to squeeze in to one paragraph, but I was pretty happy with the service and quality, which was great.
It’s hard to think about “positive” when you think about anything that has to deal with a dentist, but to the extent that you can, I give this business a positive review and 4 stars.
