★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor, quando comecei a frequentar o pet , éramos muito bem tratados, agora que já éramos clientes há quase 2 anos , o serviço piorou ,acho que eles devem pensar que não existem concorrência , ou que já acostumaram conosco ,sei lá ,mas vou te contar que existe concorrência sim , inclusive já estou experimentado outros pets do bairro.

My little dog was diagnosed with distemper and I went into despair. Dr Thais was extremely kind to me and explained everything to me very well. My little girl is finishing the treatment and super well. I don't change vets anymore ❤️

Chegamos lá com o nosso Pet mordido por outro cão, em um momento de muito susto, mas a Dra. Izaura foi perfeita na trativa e nos procedimentos realizados, nos dando muita tranquilidade e alívio. Preços ABUSIVOS! 3x acima do valor que pagamos em outro lugar para fazer EXATAMENTE a mesma coisa.
Um verdadeiro absurdo!
E só de olharem pro cachorro nos cobram quase R$ 200,00. Além do tratamento ao cliente ser péssimo.
Paguei a "consulta", mas procurarei meus direitos, certamente.

ABUSIVE prices! 3x the amount we paid elsewhere to do EXACTLY the same thing.
A real absurdity!
And just looking at the dog, they charge us almost R$ 200.00. Plus the customer service is terrible.
I paid for the "consultation", but I will certainly look for my rights.

Hoje ele está recuperado e super feliz. Minha esposa e eu estamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento e competência da Dra. Izaura e tbm do Hospital. Obrigado por socorrer nosso Pinguinho!!!
Dr. Izaura Domingos is very experienced and has a special affection for our pets. She took care of my Pingo shitzu with lots of love in an emergency situation. Today he is recovered and super happy. My wife and I are very satisfied with the care and competence of Dr. Izaura and also from the Hospital. Thank you for helping our Pinguinho!!!

A clínica não tem transparência nenhuma, passou um orçamento de internação do gato da minha sogra, que segundo eles o orçamento tinha tudo oque o gatinho precisava, o gatinho veio a óbito e agora eles estão ligando cobrando mais dinheiro, afirmando que minha sogra deve os remédios administrados no gatinho que não estava incluso no orçamento, sendo que no dia da internação, eles AFIRMARAM que o orçamento passado estava incluso TUDO que o gatinho precisava.
RESUMINDO...
Eles só pensam em sugar o máximo do seu dinheiro, estão se lixando para a perda e a dor que minha sogra está sentindo, em ligação expliquei para a atendente e deixei claro que minha sogra não deve nada e para pararem de ligar porque isso estava prejudicando o emocional dela, que tem 80 anos e ja estava sofrendo demais com a perda do seu gatinho. A atendendo respondeu sem empatia alguma que CONTINUARIA LIGANDO.
Sendo assim, resolvi compartilhar meu descontentamento para alertar vocês. a clínica em questão de cobranca e valores repassados são antiéticos e nenhum pouco transparentes, Eles só pensam em SUGAR AO MÁXIMO O SEU DINHEIRO.
I only give one star because I can't give less. The clinic does not have any transparency, they passed a budget for the hospitalization of my mother-in-law's cat, which according to them, the budget had everything the kitten needed, the kitten died and now they are calling asking for more money, saying that my mother-in-law owes them medicines administered to the kitten that was not included in the budget, and on the day of hospitalization, they AFFIRMATED that the past budget included EVERYTHING the kitten needed.
SUMMING UP...
They only think about sucking the most out of your money, they don't care about the loss and pain that my mother-in-law is feeling, in a call I explained to the attendant and made it clear that my mother-in-law owes nothing and for them to stop calling because it was hurting her emotional, who is 80 years old and was already suffering a lot with the loss of her kitten. The answering person replied without any empathy that she would CONTINUE CALLING.
Therefore, I decided to share my displeasure to warn you. the clinic in question of charging and transferred values are unethical and not at all transparent, They only think about SUCKING YOUR MONEY AS MUCH AS MUCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de transparência e clareza nas informações que nao condizem com as passadas pelo telefone. Falam um valor depois cobram um absurdo de calção sem explicar antecipadamente. Dizem que a internação tem tudo incluso, mas chegando no local você tem que pagar por curativos (o básico) honorários e exames que aparecem um atrás do outro sem necessidade. A moça da recepção (Amanda) não assume o que fala pelo telefone. Meu agradecendo fica apenas para o Vitor que nos recepcionou com carinho e transparência, doutora Isaura que fez de tudo para ajudar nos valores e doutora Michelle que nos explicou tudo com educação, orientou e não nos julgou em momento algum, foi extremamente cuidadosa e empatica com nossa situação. Dou muito valor a profissão de vocês, acho que devem receber o justo pelo que fazem pq estudam muito e ainda tem de entender de várias espécies de animais, mas nem tudo é dinheiro, sejam transparentes com os clientes, diga tudo o que será cobrado antecipadamente para não terem surpresas. Nós por exemplo estávamos juntando dinheiro há um ano para conseguir fazer o que precisávamos, não estamos querendo passar a perna em ninguém. Espero que reflitam e tentam uma metodologia mais clara com os clientes, tendo em vista que a maioria das reclamações aqui postadas são basicamente com as mesmas queixas. De qualquer forma agradeço a todos que nos atenderam, compreendemos que como funcionários vocês não tem muito o que fazer, mas só pela educação somos gratas.
